Does the EACC have the capacity to check corruption by traffice police along all roads in Kenya by preying only on the individual officers on the road. The answer is a big NO. My recommendation is for EACC to strengthen internal mechanisms with NPS to end corruption. And for every junior officer found collecting bribes from motorists, their immediate supervisors should also be held responsible for dereliction of duty.
